A time to begin again.
A time of RENEWAL.
This year, my spring is beginning with a great deal of solitude and silence –
and, in that solitude and silence, I’m listening deeply and processing some important thoughts and feelings.
About meaning and purpose.
I’m truly blessed and grateful to have a constant stream of resources flowing into my experiences – people, places, books, sights, sounds – that encourage me and deepen my exploration.
Here are some resources that have been inspiring me. May they also serve YOU well.
INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO RAM DASS BY HIS GURU, MAHARAJI:
“Love everyone, Serve everyone, and Remember God”
“Mind, Body, Spirit” (there are MANY to choose from in this series)
“Be Still” (a song of mine, from my CD “Little By Little”, to help cultivate inner stillness)
“I Surrender” (a chant of mine to help cultivate trust in the Divine plan)
“Metta” (a chant of mine to help cultivate love and peace for yourself and for all others)
(You can listen to my songs and chants here.)
(You can find the words to my songs and chants here.)
(You can buy my CDs here.)
SO – with gratitude, curiosity and humility – I Hold the Space for RENEWAL.
