In December’s newsletter, I mentioned that I’d like us to share “tools” / (spiritual) practices with each other this year that help us to access JOY (my word/theme for 2025).

In January, I wrote about SILENCE.
In February, I wrote about SPACE.
This month, the tool/practice that I’d like to share with you is SIMPLICITY.

What a world we live in! There’s SO MUCH to take in at any given moment – and, in our “Fear Of Missing Out” (FOMO), we spend a lot of time and energy trying to keep on top of it all.

Exhausting, isn’t it? (!!!)

My invitation to you this month is to make another choice – to dare to create SIMPLICITY in your life in whatever ways most resonate with you – big or small – physically, emotionally, mentally and/or spiritually – and to let me know what unfolds. I promise to do the same, and I wish you JOY with the process!

In keeping with this month’s theme of SIMPLICITY, I offer you two of my chants/songs for the soul: The Simple Things and Breathe Deeply, Walk Slowly, Live Simply. May they serve you well!

And THANKS to Kay Ridge who, after reading last month’s newsletter, brought a powerful book to my awareness: “Meditations for Mortals”, by Oliver Burkeman. May it also serve you well!
